FINANCE DIRECTOR, TEXAS RURAL WATER ASSOCIATION POSITION SUMMARY Texas Rural Water Association (TRWA) is hiring for the position of Finance Director. This position reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for all accounting and financial functions for the TRWA, the Texas Rural Water Foundation (Foundation), and Lanbat Condominium Association (Lanbat), including financial reporting, investment, cash flow, payroll, loan compliance, and budgeting activities. They also oversee the administration of employee benefit plans, direct and supervise the Accounting Support Specialist, and monitor contract compliance. TRWA, a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation, is an educational and trade association whose approximately 900 members are
