Millan & Co., P.C. is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will manage the review process, preparation and workflow of federal and state tax returns to ensure accurate and timely completion for the clients we serve. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, a problem solver, able to prioritize projects and meet tight deadlines, possess initiative, strong leadership, and management skills, excellent organizational, time management, and written and oral communication skills, and be able to interact with co-workers and clients, while managing expectations and providing excellent customer service. JOB DUTIES include but not limited to Plan and manage workflows to ensure timely completion of returns Provide
